Marcus Keeler helped launch Awaken Church in the fall of 2017. Since then, he has served as Awaken's lead pastor. Marcus and his wife Jessica have been married 7 years and have a 3 year old daughter, Lillian.

Stephen Mattson has led Awaken Church in worship from day one. Stephen has a passion to see the culture of worship in the Church and is uniquely gifted at leading others in corporate worship. Stephen and his wife Linda have been married 10 years and sing alongside each other on the Awaken Band..

James Chavis helped start Awaken Church in 2017. Since then, he and his wife Violet have served in multiple capacities at Awaken. James is part of the Leadership team that guides the direction of our church in this early stage. He's called to Pastoral ministry and is actively taking steps to enter into a pastoral role in the near future. In the meantime, you will find him serving through teaching, praying for others, playing on the worship band, and every area he's able to find time for. Together, James and Violet have 3 kids, Jack, Eva, and baby Avery.
